Refund policy
We only accept returns/refund/exchange of product only in case of damage for which a complete unboxing video is required.
The video should not have any pause from tearing the package to opening the products.
The same video should be sent to our Instagram mentioning your order ID within 24 hours after delivery.
Our team will get back to you after inspecting the issue and intimate you regarding the approval or denial of the request.
If approved, you'll get a replacement of the same or incase of unavailability of the same product we will initiate the refund within 48 hours.
We do not offer cancellation of orders once the order is placed.
